Your Rights To View Adult Material Are At Risk
You’ve probably noticed the new age verification changes on your favorite adult sites lately, which is a total violation of your privacy. You can thank conservative lawmakers for that. But you’re not alone. Ever since 2021’s new laws, it’s become harder and harder to make content that banks deem inappropriate. Such “inappropriate” categories include Forced Bi (Make Me Bi, Coerced Bi, etc), Mommy Domme, Poppers, Hypno, ABDL. Why are there so many rules around these categories? Banks have final say on EVERYTHING when it comes to adult online sales. They’re why things are constantly getting reworded, ex: Hypno is now “Mesmerize” and Diaper content was under the “Nappy” category on IWC for a long time.
Now they’ve got a lot more push to make things harder to find and for me to create. In 2021, PornHub was raided by the F.B.I. for hosting illegal content and and accepting sex trafficking proceeds. Ever since then, banks have forced new rules on creators and sites. Paperwork that we once had to prove that the people in our videos were no longer acceptable by the new standards and we were no longer allowed to add photos of ANY part of a person (even penises and hands) without a model release and a photo ID. Some performers are about to get around it (I still don’t know how those people get away with it) but the rest of us no can no longer make some of your favorite smut the way you like it.
The good news is that Loyal Fans is currently the only site that still allows creative freedom for creators. I can have clips with dicks in them, Sissy porn with porn gifs, and my clips won’t get flagged if I say the word “Poppers” in a video. My new Forced Bi video is currently available to subscribers in my September Secret Stash!
And if you hate censorship as much as I do, vote for lawmakers who don’t give banks and political extremists power over your porn. Adult material is covered by the first amendment and it’s your right as an American to be able to view it privately.
